Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an exceptional AI Systems Engineer to help build next-generation AI-driven operational tools, automation systems, intelligent assistants, and business infrastructure.

This is not a standard software engineering role.

You will work directly with leadership to design and build AI-native systems that integrate memory, automation, decision support, workflow orchestration, meeting intelligence, operational dashboards, and business tools across multiple companies and departments.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building ambitious systems from the ground up, experimenting with modern AI tools, and turning complex operational problems into scalable software.

You will be involved in designing systems that may eventually evolve into standalone products and platforms.

What You’ll Build

You may work on systems such as:

* AI executive assistants

* Multi-agent workflows

* AI-powered operational dashboards

* Long-term memory and retrieval systems

* Telegram / WhatsApp / Web-based AI interfaces

* Meeting intelligence systems

* AI-enhanced CRM / ERP / reporting tools

* Internal workflow automation systems

* Financial tracking and operational intelligence tools

* Knowledge ingestion pipelines for PDFs, meeting notes, voice transcripts, emails, and databases

* Multi-company operational management systems

* AI orchestration layers using APIs, vector databases, memory systems, and a workflow engine

Core Responsibilities

* Architect and develop AI-native applications and internal operational systems

* Build scalable backend systems, APIs, orchestration layers, and automation workflows

* Design memory systems using vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and structured storage

* Build integrations across AI models, APIs, cloud services, messaging platforms, and business software

* Develop intelligent workflows using tools such as n8n, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Claude APIs, Supabase, Firebase, or similar systems

* Design clean, modular, maintainable software architecture

* Work directly with leadership to convert operational ideas into working systems rapidly

* Continuously evaluate new AI tools, models, frameworks, and infrastructure

* Improve reliability, token efficiency, security, observability, and scalability of AI systems

* Help shape the long-term technical direction of the company’s AI ecosystem
