• Diploma

• Diploma/Training in Supply Chain or Logistics will be an added advantage.

• At least 2 years

• Age 22 to 32 years
• Only Male

• 1–2 years in storekeeping, supply chain, or procurement.

• Experience in restaurants, hotels, or the F&B industry preferred.

We are hiring a Junior Storekeeper who will look after all incoming goods for our restaurant. The role primarily involves receiving, checking, and recording deliveries, ensuring that everything matches the purchase order. This person will work closely with the IC (Inventory control), Storekeeping, and Accounts teams to keep our supply chain smooth.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IC (Inventory Control) and delivery teams for the timely arrival of goods.

• Receive and check all deliveries against the Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice.

• Collect all invoices for IC and report any shortage, damage, or mismatch.

• Ensure items are in good condition, correct quantity, and within expiry date.

• Maintain proper documents & handover to IC (delivery challan, invoice, GRN).

• Update the physical inventory top sheet and handover to IC.

• Work with the storekeeper for safe storage and handover.

• Support IC with delivery reports and records.

• Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
