Job Context:
Tudo Restaurant & Café is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician (Electrical & Plumbing) to support the day-to-day maintenance of our outlet. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical and plumbing systems, carrying out preventive maintenance, and responding to urgent repair needs when required.
Job Responsibilities:
Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fittings, and equipment
Maintain and repair plumbing lines, washroom fittings, water supply lines, drainage systems, and related fixtures
Identify faults in electrical and plumbing systems and take immediate corrective action
Monitor the condition of switches, sockets, lights, breakers, pumps, geysers, exhaust fans, and other utility equipment
Attend to emergency maintenance issues quickly to avoid disruption in restaurant operations
Ensure all repair and maintenance work is done following safety standards
Coordinate with management regarding major repair requirements and necessary materials
Maintain basic records of repair and maintenance work
Support general outlet maintenance tasks as assigned by management
