Responsibilities & Context:
Core Responsibilities
Installation & Cabling: Install, wire, and configure CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs, and DVRs.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and repair hardware defects, connectivity issues, and software glitches on-site or remotely.
System Integration: Integrate CCTV networks with access control, PABX, and alarm systems.
Customer Training & Support: Educate end-users on system operations and respond to technical inquiries.
Technical Documentation: Record support cases and compile technical troubleshooting guides
Key RequirementsExperience: Typically 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in security surveillance, CCTV, and IT hardware.
Technical Knowledge: Strong command of IP networking, cabling, and IP addressing.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and ability to manage field visits
