Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, CSE, or a related discipline.

• Master’s degree and professional certifications (CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, Cybersecurity, Cloud Certifications) will be considered an advantage.

• Age 35 to 50 years

• Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, cloud systems, databases, and IT governance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage critical IT operations efficiently.

• Strong vendor and stakeholder management capability.

• Lead and supervise the overall IT operations and support team.

• Manage servers, network infrastructure, internet systems, CCTV, ERP/software applications, and data security.

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of club management systems, POS systems, and hospitality-related technologies.

• Develop and implement IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans.

• Monitor hardware/software procurement, vendor management, licensing, and annual IT budgets.

• Coordinate with management to introduce modern digital solutions and automation initiatives.

• Ensure system performance, troubleshooting, maintenance, and timely technical support.

• Maintain IT documentation, compliance, and reporting standards.

• Train and guide staff on IT best practices and system usage.
