Experience:

• At least 5 years

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent. 

• At least 5 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Reputed Club/ Hotel/ Service providing organization

• Good knowledge & skills in MS word, MS power point, MS-Excel & Internet.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset timeframe.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and coordinate the preventive, regular maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition.

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting on substation equipment and generator work.

• Maintain accurate logs of inspections, maintenance, and repairs for substations, AC compressors and generators.

• Ensure reporting of his team in time and also to report all of his duties to his superior.

• Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Club Authority.

• Install, maintain, and repair all systems & electrical wiring.

• Inspect existing electrical systems & troubleshoot electrical issues.

• Assist with new electrical infrastructure projects and maintain electrical work records & communicate effectively.

• Plumbing & other maintenance, maintenance inventory record, internal audit and regular update.
