Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

Bachelor degree or equivalent degree in any discipline. 

• 7 to 10 years

• Age 40 to 50 years

• Retired defense person (Senior Warrant Officer / Master Warrant Officer) will get preference

• Minimum 3 years` experience in the relevant field

• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.

• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure Physically and mentally fit; self-defense skills

Responsibilities of Security Officer:

• Regular inspection and identification of security posts and sensitive points by security guards on duty in the institution. The daily responsibilities of the security guard should be properly distributed.

• Allowing and controlling the entry and exit of staff, visitors and other candidates to the institution.

• Ensuring security of personnel and assets.

• Ensuring the overall security of the organization`s resources and infrastructure in any unexpected situation.

• Following the important rules according to the various events of the organization.

• Maintaining duty register, vehicle arrival and departure register, key register etc.

• Answering various phone calls, sending messages and providing information.

• Regular CCTV monitoring.

• Monitoring leave, attendance, overtime and proper maintenance of security guards.

• Having the mindset to work overtime.

• Wearing security clothing is mandatory while on duty.

• Duty is compulsory at any time of the day or night.

• Inform the superior immediately if any problem is observed.

• Know the details of the security order and execute those in a proper manner.
