Experience:
Four (04) years Diploma in hardware, software and networking. OR BSc in Computer Science from any public university.
Skills Required: MIS, Website Mgt, Organization/Hospital Software Mgt, CC camera set-up; IT equipment's; Excellent in communication, High interpersonal skill, Multi-tasker, Goal oriented, Analytical skill, Leadership skill, Team Work, problem solving;
3-5 years practical work experience in IT department
NGO/development field work experience is preferred;
Should have knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator& Video editing.
Good typing speed in both Bangla & English.
IT equipment's purchase and stock maintain experience
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
Ability to work under stressful/workload job context
Should have friendly and supportive mentality
Field visits is in out of Dhaka is required to ensure IT support for project offices. Candidates who have not willing or problem in travelling in to field is not required to apply.

Nari Uddug Kendra (NUK), a national level non-government women's organization, mandated to promote gender equality, human rights and fostering personal and political empowerment of women and girls in Bangladesh. NUK extended its eye care services under its integrated health and family development Programme in Kishoreganj district with the mission is to provide high quality eye care services to the rural poor for prevention and control of needless and avoidable blindness in Bangladesh. Now, Nari Uddug Kendra (NUK) operating an independent Kishoreganj Eye Hospital (KEH), Egaroshindur Community Hospital, NUK Eye Hospital and health based donor projects in Kishoreganj District and Dhaka.
Currently, Nari Uddug Kendra (NUK) is looking for a dedicated, hard-working and self-motivated IT Officer who is capable to run and handle the IT department alone and proactively such as manages and implements hardware maintenance, software support, network and remote backups, upgrades, internet support and produces periodic reports regarding IT performance to maximize the clients care and smooth running of organizational IT support.
The candidate have to know Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Video editing, practical IT department task management, troubleshoot of computers hardware & software or any other technical knowledge, strong analytical & problem solving ability, good communication with colleagues/clients/vendors regarding management purpose and periodic reporting.
Candidate who have enough confidence to run and handle the IT department alone and able to work under work pressure environment with have relevant field experiences are encouraged to apply confidently.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring Smooth IT operation. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
CCTV Monitoring & Troubleshooting.
Maintain CCTV, DVR, NVR and Cameras and backup whenever necessary.
Must expert in windows-MS word, MS Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Emailing, Website Mgt & Internet.
Maintain IT equipment's purchase and stock.
Generate IT department periodic report.
Ensure Field Offices IT support.
