Job Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle of various software solutions, automation tools, and AI-driven applications for multiple industries, including call center management, warehouse automation, garment industry process automation, HRMS, CRM, and other enterprise automation solutions. The role requires deep collaboration with stakeholders to define product strategies, translate business needs into technical requirements, and ensure successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for software and automation solutions.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify product gaps and opportunities.
Prioritize features and functionalities based on business impact, feasibility, and user needs.
2. Solution Design & Development Oversight
Work closely with UI/UX teams, engineers, and business analysts to develop user-friendly and scalable solutions.
Drive the end-to-end design of automation solutions, including:
Call Center Management Systems (Customer Experience Optimization, Omni-channel integrations).
Warehouse Management Systems (Inventory tracking, logistics automation).
Garment Industry Process Automation (Production workflow, RFID tracking).
AI-driven Solutions (Chatbots, predictive analytics, recommendation engines).
HRMS & CRM Solutions (Employee lifecycle management, sales automation).
Other custom process automation tools for different industries.
Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between the business, engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to align product development with business goals.
Communicate product updates, timelines, and features to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Partner with vendors and third-party technology providers to integrate required features.
4. Agile Product Development & Execution
Manage the Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Prioritize product features based on technical feasibility, customer demand, and market impact.
Ensure timely releases and smooth rollouts of new software updates and versions.
5. Customer & Market Insights
Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to gather client requirements and pain points.
Conduct user interviews, beta testing, and surveys to collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements, automation technologies, and regulatory changes affecting software solutions.
6. Product Performance Monitoring & Improvement
Define KPIs & success metrics for product adoption, user engagement, and revenue impact.
Analyze product usage data, customer support tickets, and feedback to enhance the product experience.
Continuously optimize product features based on performance analytics and market trends.
