• Proven experience as a System Administrator, with expertise in VoIP and server management.
• Strong knowledge of 3CX, MicroSIP, SIP Trunking, and VPS management.
• Experience with cloud and virtual environments, including deployment and maintenance.
• Proficiency in networking protocols, firewalls, and security practices.
• Familiarity with server automation tools and monitoring systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Overview: Digital Pylot is seeking a skilled VoIP Network and System Administrator with expertise in managing VoIP platforms, VPS, and server-related operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of 3CX, MicroSIP, SIP Trunking, and cloud or virtual environments, alongside hands-on experience managing VPS and server infrastructure. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of our communication and server systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and maintain VoIP systems (3CX, MicroSIP, SIP Trunking).

• Administer VPS and cloud servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of server environments (virtual and physical).

• Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP, network, and server-related issues efficiently.

• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintain secure data backups.

• Monitor server and network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate VoIP and server systems with existing infrastructure.

• Implement best practices for system security and optimization.

• Provide technical support and training for team members as required.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday (Saturday half-day): 10 am to 7 pm

• Weekend: Half-day on Saturday and Sunday off
