Urgent Hiring: Sales Executive!
Join Digital Pylot! We're seeking a motivated Sales Executive with knowledge of online job platforms (Freelancer, Fiverr, Upwork, etc.) to help us acquire new clients and drive business growth.
Location: POHS (Police Officers Housing Society), Road No. 102, House-47, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229
Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients from online platforms.
Create persuasive proposals and bids tailored to client needs.
Manage profiles on freelancing marketplaces for visibility and credibility.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery.
Maintain records of leads and sales conversions.
Holidays:
2 days off every 2 weeks (total of 4 days).
1 day off every 2 weeks (total of 2 days).
Working Hours:
Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Commission System:
• BDT 100 for each customer reply.
• 1.5% on closed deals.
• An additional 1.5% on the total project amount delivered.
