Job Overview:
Digital Pylot is seeking a skilled VoIP Network and System Administrator with expertise in managing VoIP platforms, VPS, and server-related operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of 3CX, MicroSIP, SIP Trunking, and cloud or virtual environments, alongside hands-on experience managing VPS and server infrastructure. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of our communication and server systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and maintain VoIP systems (3CX, MicroSIP, SIP Trunking).
- Administer VPS and cloud servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of server environments (virtual and physical).
- Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP, network, and server-related issues efficiently.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintain secure data backups.
- Monitor server and network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate VoIP and server systems with existing infrastructure.
- Implement best practices for system security and optimization.
- Provide technical support and training for team members as required.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday (Saturday half-day): 10 am to 7 pm
- Weekend: Half-day on Saturday and Sunday off
