Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Initiating necessary paper work dealing with HR related matters including recruitment, selection, relocations and/ transfers, promotions, annual increments and the like and assisting in the recruitment, screening and interviewing of applicants and determining grades / steps to be offered as well.
∎ Maintain employee records in compliance with university policies and legal requirements.
∎ Address employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.·
∎ Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support employee development plans.
∎ Identifying training needs, organizing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
