Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA with Major HRM.
∎ Professional certificates on HR are highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of documents for recruitment and selection procedure (Advertising, CV receiving, CV screening, data sheet making, etc.)
∎ Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
∎ Assist in preparing manpower budgets and hiring plan.
∎ Prepare departmental SOP and ensure proper implementation.
∎ Assist to conduct yearly performance assessment and preparation of reports.
∎ Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
∎ Maintaining all official documents related to HR department.
∎ Maintaining employees job records.
∎ Design compensation and benefits packages
∎ Develop fair HR policies and ensure proper implementation.
∎ Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
∎ Oversee daily operations of the HR department
∎ Prepare & issue increment letter, promotion letter & transfer letter to workers and staffs according to approval by the top management
∎ Prepare final settlement paper for outgoing workers
∎ Proper documentation of personal file, service book, record of employee/ staffs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be fresh candidate apply only no need before experience
Salary: Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
