• Preparing product allocation plans for all channels and individual retail stores as per store classification

• SKU management in retail stores based on display capacity.

• Monitoring channel & store wise sales and action plan to achieve the target (Revenue and Volume) for assigned category.

• Article wise store level sales tracking and action plan for slow mover articles.

• Planning for NOOS article and achieve target as per plan.

• Maintain store X article and store X Pairs wise assortment (As per Company Target).

• Preparing and sharing inter-transfer plans for the allocated categories for stores

• Maintain 4 Months SFM (Stock for Month) in each retail stores.

• Maintain maximum 4 Months aging in central distribution centre and 5 months in virtual Warehouse.
