Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Maintenance, Production planning, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shift wise production & maintenance
∎ Plan and achieve target production
∎ Maintenance of machinery and equipment
∎ Preventive maintenance of machinery & Equipment
∎ Analyze machinery breakdown and provide solution
∎ Maintain data of daily production
∎ Compare actual production vs. plan, and solving the gaps
∎ Participate in the team to conduct internal GMP and safety audit in plant and premises
∎ Monitor the industrial hygiene and waste handling
∎ Assume responsibility for safety and environment of plants and equipment
∎ Provide monthly report on production activities/ wastage and other parameters to higher authority
∎ Manage the plant staffs, monitor and assess their KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
∎ Maintain inventory of machinery spare parts and other consumables.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
∎ Candidate must have excellent capability in operating computer applications.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
