• Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused approach.

Responsibilities & Context:

This role demands technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional coordination to maintain quality and enhance production efficiency. Major job responsibilities are given below: 

Main Responsibilities (Shift Basis):

• Create and upload batch recipes in the OTX system.

• Verify recipes, machine parameters, and DCA stock before releasing them to production machines.

• Monitor machine progress, identify abnormalities (e.g., errors, color adjustments), and resolve issues promptly.

• Manage the Color Service Supervisor system to address call-off issues between OTX, machines, and the Color Service team.

• Coordinate with the automation team for technical and machine-related support.

• Maintain detailed records of machine/system issues to aid in process improvements.

Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address machine breakdowns and track downtime.

• Review PPC schedules for discrepancies and provide corrective feedback.

• Analyze downtime causes and coordinate with departments for improvement actions.

• Work with QA to establish, revise, and update SOPs/WIs for department activities.

• Assist in trials, collecting samples for testing and quality assurance.

Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in Kaizen initiatives and contribute to achieving departmental KPIs.

• Propose and support actions to improve systems and processes for operational efficiency.
