  • An M.Sc. in Textile Engineering with extensive CAD experience will add an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:

LEAN Culture Implementation:

  • Oversee and guide the IE team to sustain a LEAN culture throughout the factory.

  • Conduct regular training and workshops to reinforce LEAN principles among employees.

  • Monitor and analyze LEAN activities, ensuring that continuous improvement projects are aligned with organizational goals.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all departments by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

  • Use data-driven approaches to evaluate existing workflows and implement changes that boost efficiency and reduce waste.

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM):

  • Maintain and promote TPM practices to minimize machine downtime and increase operational reliability.

  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop preventive maintenance schedules and track adherence to TPM protocols.

OEE Improvement:

  • Work on strategies to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by systematically reducing machine downtime and optimizing machine performance.

  • Implement corrective actions and process adjustments based on OEE analysis to achieve target performance metrics.

Incentive Scheme Coordination:

  • Work with the production team to maintain and improve the factory`s incentive scheme.

  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to ensure the scheme motivates and drives productivity.

  • Analyze incentive-related data to assess the effectiveness of the scheme and propose enhancements as needed.
