Experience:
Responsible for develop and maintain production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels and coordinate with sales, procurement, production teams to prioritize and schedule production activities and ensure production plans align with capacity constraints and resource availability.
To create detailed production schedules and monitor their execution to meet customer delivery commitments and adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate rush orders or changes in production priorities and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely availability of finished goods for shipment.
To monitor raw material availability and coordinate procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels and Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
To analyze and prepare regular reports on production performance, including production output, efficiency and identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.·
To Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.·
To Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to optimize production processes.
To foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the production planning and control team.
