∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide necessary support to the Senior Branch Manager (photocopy, printing, filing, preserving documents including agreement etc
∎ Provide support to agreement related tasks required by Senior Branch Manager
∎ Ensure all logistic supports for meeting/conference room during meeting according to instruction by the respective Admin Officer/Senior Branch Manager
∎ Provide necessary support to prepare bill-vouchers of common costs (office rent, electricity bill, cleaner and assistant cook and others) by 20 in every month
∎ Follow up the cleaning activities (office campus, washroom, office rooms etc.) and solving the problem taking support from Admin Officer (if any)
∎ Deliver stationary materials to the Branch Offices as per instruction by the respective Admin Officer
∎ Provide necessary supports to office dinning management i.e. buying cooking materials for dinning, entertaining to guest, support to cook for reducing missuses of food and keeping updated border list of dinning
∎ Preserve fixed asset, guest room and kitchen’s materials list and support to Admin Officer in asset transfer
∎ Provide support to maintenance office generator required by respective Admin Officer
∎ Submit monthly target and achievement report to the Senior Branch Manager
∎ Perform any others tasks assigned by the concerned authorities
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
