Job Context:

Fish Vally is a fast-growing e-commerce business dedicated to delivering premium quality fish and ready-to-cook seafood to customers across Bangladesh. With a strong commitment to transparency, traceability, and top-tier customer experience, we have recently implemented Odoo ERP to manage our operations more efficiently.

We are now hiring 2 full-time Odoo Executives to strengthen our digital operations team. This position is ideal for someone who is skilled in ERP systems, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to work in a performance-driven environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic team and committed to process excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Order Processing (Odoo Sales Module):

• Enter daily sales orders from e-commerce platforms (website, Facebook, walk-in, etc.).
• Generate invoices and confirm customer orders in Odoo.
• Coordinate with delivery and packing team for timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate customer database and order logs.

Purchase & Inventory Coordination:

• Record all purchases of fish and packaging items in the Odoo Purchase module.
• Track incoming stock, validate vendor bills, and coordinate with accounts team.
• Perform stock transfers between Jatrabari warehouse and other points.
• Maintain real-time inventory in Odoo and cross-check physical stock.

Product & Price Management:

• Update product details (images, weights, categories, prices) in Odoo.
• Work with marketing team to launch seasonal fish products in the ERP system.
• Track batch-wise stock movement and expiry-sensitive items.

Accounts & Cost Tracking (Support to Accounts Team):

• Assist in recording daily expenses and vendor payments.
• Reconcile product costing (purchase + processing + delivery cost).
• Collaborate with the finance department for monthly reporting.

Report Generation & Business Insights:

• Generate sales, stock, delivery, and profit reports as required by management.
• Help identify underperforming products, stock wastage, or delivery issues.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and support KPI reporting.

Warehouse Workflow Coordination:

• Create and assign tasks to warehouse staff in the Odoo operations board.
• Track daily progress of order fulfillment and highlight bottlenecks.
• Ensure smooth documentation for inward and outward stock.

System Improvement & Data Integrity:

• Regularly back up and clean ERP data (remove duplicate entries, inactive products).
• Provide feedback to the ERP development team (Metamorphosis) for module customization.
• Ensure compliance with Fish Vally's SOPs and internal controls.

Additional Duties:

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for daily briefings and shift planning.
• Train new team members on basic Odoo usage.
• Attend weekly review meetings and contribute ideas for process optimization.
