Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Aware of and understand the nursing policies and procedures of the medical and ensure that they are adhered to. Ensure that nursing care plans are written and up to date. Cooperate with doctors Give first Aid to workers. Monthly medicine statement & requisition Medicine requisition Child care observation Kitchen room observation. Arrange Monthly first aid meeting. Arrange pregnant worker meeting. Take necessaries treatment for all worker. Maternity worker’s files maintain. When new worker recruit take necessary steps immediately. Floor monitoring and first aid box check accordingly. Injury analyses with root cause & investigation format maintain. Other works as advice by welfare in charge/Compliance In charge, Doctor & Admin.
