Our modern factory has an impressive one-stop-shop production facility serving apparel identification solutions, Printing, and Packaging industries. We are looking for highly professional, expert, dynamic, hardworking, intelligent, and self-motivated people for Joint Venture Trims Company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communicating with customers from time to time over email/Phone.
- Attend all customer complaints according to company procedures and service standers. Handle all relevant customer issues concerning slow payment/disputes to improve DSO (Day sales outstanding).
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Perform customer verification and set up new customer accounts. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
- Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure orders are received and processed as customers require.
- Manage customers' accounts and databases. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Record details of actions taken. Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
- Need to work with ERP System.
- To provide a delivery schedule to the production and dispatch department for all the next-day deliveries for the customers.
- Every order detail needs to be thoroughly checked from ERP before posting for production.
