∎ Our modern factory has an impressive one-stop-shop production facility serving apparel identification solutions, Printing, and Packaging industries.
∎ We are looking for highly professional, expert, dynamic, hardworking, intelligent, and self-motivated people for Joint Venture Trims Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for communicating with customers from time to time over email/Phone.
∎ Attend all customer complaints according to company procedures and service standers.
∎ Handle all relevant customer issues concerning slow payment/disputes to improve DSO (Day sales outstanding).
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
∎ Provide pricing and delivery information.
∎ Perform customer verification and set up new customer accounts.
∎ Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
∎ Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
∎ Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure orders are received and processed as customers require.
∎ Manage customers' accounts and databases.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
∎ Record details of actions taken.
∎ Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
∎ Need to work with ERP System.
∎ To provide a delivery schedule to the production and dispatch department for all the next-day deliveries for the customers.
∎ Every order detail needs to be thoroughly checked from ERP before posting for production.
