Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
∎
∎ Develop and update of relevant M&E documents, tools and resourcres.
∎ Lead the aggregation of results and achievements as per the log-frame targets.
∎ Periodic review of M&E framework and reporting mechanism.
∎ Support the Team Leader on programme quality, impact, and strategic orientation.
∎ Assist in preparing technical papers, reports and status reports for management.
∎ Capacity building of project staff and partners on MRM systems, standards, tools, and methodologies.
∎ Assist in timely processing, analysing and dissemination of M&E findings and documents for best practices to facilitate evidence-based planning, learning and decision making.
∎ Conduct field visits to monitor programme implementation status and quality.
∎ Designing and implementing survey and studies.
∎ Knowledge & Communication Management (KCM)
∎
∎ Develop knowledge management and communications strategy for the project to be able to capture, curate and develop effective knowledge and communication tools and materials for the project.
∎ Assist in developing all regular reports and documents for internal and external reporting.
∎ Lead the development of innovative tools and processes for knowledge management of the project and broaden the means of dissemination (website, digital platforms, social media etc).
∎ Collect and collate lessons learned, best practices and disseminating those within the project.
∎ Develop case studies/success stories and various communication tools following the project and different external and internal audiences' requirement and ensure distirbution and promotion of developed materials.
∎ Organize regional and country specific workshops, conferences and meetings for knowledge dissemination and experience sharing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years of relevant and progressive professional work experience in similar roles.
∎ Strong understanding of M&E framework, tools, and approaches.
∎ Ability to lead strategic planning and results-based management.
∎ Results orientated, excellent data presentation, and strong research and reporting skills.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
∎ Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
∎ Effective verbal, presentation and lisenting skills with advanced communication skill in English and Bangla (verbal and written).
∎ Excellent computer literacy in Windows Office programs (specifically MsWord, MsExcel, PowerPoint).
∎ In-depth understanding of gender and diversity, and understanding of gender equal communication.
∎ Familiarity with audio visual communication and graphics designings tool will be considered an asset.
∎ Understanding of TFA implementation and the related ecosystem is desirable.
∎ Must be willing and able to take part in field activities as/when needed, sometimes under short notice.
