Job Context:
∎ Location: Rural Development Academy (RDA), Bogura with frequent travel to the field areas
∎ Duration: Initial contract of one year; based on performance, the contract will be extended till end of the project.
∎ Reports to: Monitoring and Results Measurement Manager

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the activities of project partners as well as implementing partners on a regular basis based on the MRM requirement
∎ Coordinating in the data collection process of external agencies and providing technical assistance when necessary
∎ Tracking down the intervention progress with the collaboration of the Intervention Area Managers in a timely manner as required by the MRM team
∎ Travelling throughout the assigned areas to ensure the quality of interventions to achieve the log-frame goals
∎ Closely coordinating with Senior Officer, to provide necessary support in aggregating results, and documenting the activities
∎ Preparing case studies, qualitative and quantitative reports, including recommendation on follow-up actions
∎ Collecting and summarizing in-house data, conducting analysis to support informative decision making
∎ Collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and comments to support Project Implementation Unit
∎ Maintaining good relationship with all relevant stakeholders, including the relevant government authorities
∎ Assisting the project in designing new interventions and any other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader if needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum work experience of two years (preferred) in development organizations
∎ Availability to work in the project locations outside of the workstation
∎ Expertise in the usage of MS Word and Excel (minimum requirement), and skills in data analysis and data visualization (highly preferred)
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Willingness and ability to work in remote locations (e.g river islands some of which are located adjacent to Bangladesh-India border), and time-critical circumstances
∎ Ability to maintain MIS (Management Information System)
∎ Awareness and sensitivity about socio-cultural and gender diversity.
