Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed University.
∎ Textile Background will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have vast experience to work with factory and buyer independently on CM /FOB basis business in Garment Industry.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time
∎ Technically sound on Fabric Quality, consumption, trims, accessories, pricing and should have good sourcing capacity both in local & overseas.
∎ Communicate Buyers for day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
∎ Develop new market, potential customers and new orders through promoting organization strength and maintaining continuous customer relation and communication.
∎ Follow up overall orders and manage team members to meet ultimate business and performance goal.
∎ Ensure sample and bulk shipment as per customer's requirement
∎ Guide garments costing, payment condition, Mode of shipment, any others terms and condition and order confirm with customer.
∎ Monitor confirmed price and order placing in the factory for sub-contracts.
∎ Follow up Time and Action plan.
∎ Control production process to ensure quality shipment within deadline.
∎ Coordinate and follow up with QC department, commercial department, accessories factory etc. and other relevant entity to ensure smooth production, shipment and payment.
∎ Motivate, develop and inspire the team members to be customer focused and perform according to expected level.
∎ Ensure regular customer communication for expansion of potential market and business growth.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 8-10 year(s) in Knit/Woven/Sweater Garments Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Buying office, Fabric Manufacturing, Industrial Production Engineering, Textile Engineering etc.
∎ Foreign buying office experience preferred.
∎ Working experience with all type of Knit/Woven/Sweater Products.
∎ Your communication skills verbally and in writing are of the highest level.
∎ Must have experience with the European/Italy market.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem-solving ability.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on testing.
