∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and follow up orders from sampling to delivery.
∎ Able to communicate with buyers & Suppliers.
∎ Source and identify qualified vendors and monitor production process.
∎ Negotiable and work out the best pricing point between customers and vendors.
∎ Ensure smooth merchandising operations.
∎ Good knowledge on fabric, consumption & order follow-up.
∎ Control records of buyer supplied materials as per fabric types, fabric pattern, proper consumption, reference POs & styles in the spreadsheet.
∎ Daily update of buyer supplied materials in/out orders.
∎ Prepare Delivery Order Sheet for open orders to use materials.
∎ Arrange any transfer request of material to other factory local or overseas as per buyer's instruction.
∎ Report to buyer about pending materials for open orders and handle import with trading team to receive materials in factory.
∎ Maintain idle fabric status and check using/destroy plan from buyers.
∎ Candidate should be young, energetic with an attitude to be self-driven, dynamic, result oriented, honest and responsible.
∎ Good in public dealing, ability to work under pressure, good time management & good inter personal relationship.
∎ Above all ensure smooth & timely execution of the order.
∎ Candidate should able to handle the buyer independently.
