∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience Knitting, Y/D, Dyeing, AOP and Wash production to Execution from outsource/Sub-contract factory with efficient planning and on time delivery.
∎ Coordinate with the Merchandising and Garments production team about fabric booking, fabric required schedule, production plan and fabric delivery.
∎ Execute fabrics production by maintaining all the parameters and ensure right quality including (Shrinkage, GSM, Twisting, Shade etc.) as per buyer & company requirements.
∎ Develop new outsources or suitable sub-contract factory for Knitting/Dyeing/Yarn Dyeing/AOP/ Wash with compliance manner.
∎ Making knitting production plan against internal knitting units and make sure the maximum capacity utilization.
∎ Making sound and solid pre-production plan and follow up the total production flow as per the sewing production lines plan and shipment schedule to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Timely respond to Merchant and production team in case of any deviation of fabric delivery against the delivery commitment
∎ Communicate and respond to sub-contract factory or supplier and taking necessary action accordingly to run the production flow smoothly.
∎ Responsible for Yarn and Fabric store inventory management and establish store management discipline.
∎ Have to build a well-organized team with external knitting/dyeing QC and make them more efficient and proactive to execute the sub-contract knitting/dyeing and ensure the quality responsibilities.
∎ Manage and maintain accurate receive and issue records of all materials, inventory taking, quality checking as per procedure.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Solve any problem instantly on duty.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time by the management.
