∎ Bachelor of Apparel Merchandising or Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution.
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline from a reputable university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sample correctly upon customer requirement.
∎ Maintain regular communication with mother factory/wash factory/Print or Embroidery factory, trims/accessories suppliers and fabric supplier/Factory to follow up on-time submission of al the required items as per buyer requirements.
∎ Organize all necessary submissions, including gold, black, sample fabrics, and trim bookings, in accordance with the requirements of the customers.
∎ Organize all resources, including as materials and order breakdowns, to produce a number of samples within the TNA the customers have defined.
∎ Responsible for monitoring sample development and production, including coordinating with the production team to ensure a quick delivery.
∎ Negotiate pricing with manufacturers to satisfy client demands and maintain business profitability.
∎ Regularly communicate with clients while maintaining a professional and cordial connection.
∎ Manage assigned accounts and report routine production, sales follow-up, and costing updates to management.
∎ Participate in buyer meetings, negotiate deals with reporting managers, and finalize and sign contracts.
∎ Determine delivery timelines and order of execution for all orders in the manufacturing line in collaboration with planning managers.
∎ Ensure that ethical conduct and business practices are adhered to in accordance with the organization's standards and values.

∎ Consumption & Costing knowledge
∎ Good oral and written communication skill.
∎ Knowledge on fabric, accessories/trims.
∎ Knowledge on embellishments/washing/dyeing
∎ Knowledge on production process
∎ Knowledge on commercial & shipping procedures
∎ Working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Direct customer handling experience
