Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing, developing, managing, maintain good relationship with the potential vendors/ suppliers.
∎ Analysis the best products and suppliers towards of best price, timely delivery.
∎ Coordination in between vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, inter departments.
∎ Maintain record for tracking and reporting of key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
∎ Always update of market price and trends to identify changes of buyer-supplier's moods.
∎ Evaluate supplier performance and create alternative pool.
∎ Monitor the availability of stocked raw materials and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
∎ Visit to the factory for timely follow-up in-house material requirements.
∎ Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
∎ Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as merchandising, finance & accounts, commercial, production, store, quality assurance etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced as a Procurement Executive preferably in a Group of Companies.
∎ Candidates took part in advanced Training in Procurement will get preference.
∎ Experience in Accessories Procurement (Thread, Zipper, Button, Rivet, Stopper, Label -Main label -Size label -Care label, Hook & Loop, Hanger, Hangtag, Polybag & Iron seal etc.) specially for Denim Garments Accessories procurement department in Group of Companies will add value.
∎ Skills Required: Computer Literacy and Fluency in English speaking and writing, Reporting and Documentation.
