Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the washing process of denim garments.
∎ Ensure that the washing process is performed in compliance with the company's standards.
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the washing process.
∎ Ensure that the washing machines and equipment are well-maintained and functioning properly.
∎ Train and supervise washing technicians on the proper use of washing machines and equipment.
∎ Ensure that the washing process is environmentally friendly and in compliance with environmental regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of the washing process, including the amount of water and detergent used.
∎ Collaborate with other departments in the company such as production, quality control, and maintenance to ensure that washing processes are aligned with overall company goals.
∎ Continuously improve the washing process to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Ensure that denim garments are properly dried and prepared for the next stage in the production process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in garment washing, preferably in denim garment washing.
∎ Knowledge of washing techniques and equipment.
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
∎ Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
∎ Knowledge of environmental regulations related to garment washing is a plus.
