Job Responsibilities:
∎ # Product Development Management: Collaborate with design, sourcing, washing and production teams to translate denim design concepts into tangible products. Monitor the end-to-end development process, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
∎
∎ # Material Sourcing: Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality trims, and other materials necessary for product development. Evaluate material options based on cost, quality, and sustainability considerations.
∎
∎ # Sample Coordination: Manage the sample development process by coordinating the creation of prototypes and samples. Review and assess the fit, construction, and overall quality of denim products, providing detailed feedback to improve designs and resolve issues.
∎
∎ # Technical Specifications: Create and communicate comprehensive technical packages that include detailed specifications, construction guidelines, and measurement charts. Collaborate with pattern makers and technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design intentions.
∎
∎ # Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including designers, merchandisers, pattern makers, suppliers, and Washing team. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate a smooth product development process.
∎
∎ # Timeline Management: Develop and maintain production timelines, ensuring that key milestones are met. Proactively identify potential delays and work with the team to implement solutions that keep the project on track.
∎
∎ # Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all product development stages, including design changes, sample iterations, and production approvals. Generate reports and updates as needed.
∎
∎ # Sustainability Integration: Work towards integrating sustainable practices into denim product development, including material choices, production processes, and waste reduction efforts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good oral and written communication skill.
∎ Knowledge on fabric, accessories/trims.
∎ Knowledge on embellishments/washing/dyeing
∎ Knowledge on production process
∎ Knowledge on commercial & shipping procedures
∎ Working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Direct customer handling experience
