∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure coordination and follow-up with related internal departments (QC, Commercial, Sub-Contact Factory, Accessories factory/suppliers etc. to ensure smooth production.
∎ Must be able to handle orders independently and be able to update management through a summary presentation.
∎ Must be able to understand the buyer’s requirements and give feedback accordingly, both online and offline.
∎ Must have experience in cost calculation.
∎ Must have experience in yarn booking calculation, fabric booking, trim booking, BOM and budget preparation.
∎ Must have knowledge of various circular knit fabrics, yarn counts, etc.
∎ Must have leadership skills and teamwork abilities.
∎ Will have to have communication skills to work independently from inquiry to shipment as per T&A plan.
∎ Have good abilities to work in a team for monitoring production and resolving all order-related issues.
∎ Smart, self-confident, fresh mentality & own innovation power to motivate the production team.
∎ Proactive and never need a push from the back.
∎ Strong follow up skill.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Will have to have good merchandising experience in any garment industry for minimum of 3 years as well as professional goodwill in the related fields.
∎ Effective skills in email communication along with Microsoft Office.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
∎ Must have excellent analytical management skills.
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Knowledge of computer use/ office (word, excel, power point etc.).
