Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any Public & Private University.
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or related field Marketing/Retail/Fashion/E-commerce or any related discipline from any reputed university. (Preferably in Fashion industry or E-commerce Marketing).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work to increase sales of E-Commerce Platform.
∎ Maintain ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
∎ Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results.
∎ Ensure top quality customer satisfaction and low order cancellation.
∎ Ensure on time delivery as per timeslot.
∎ Ensure product availability before campaign starts through maintaining communication with head office and warehouse.
∎ Prepare & maintain daily & weekly sales, stock lists and transfer report and submission to the management.
∎ Ensure maximum delivery output from sales representative.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge about Advertising & Promotion, Brand Promotion, Business Development.
∎ Communication, Computer Operating, Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, Facebook Shop, Marketing, Social Media Marketing: Facebook/Instagram/ TikTok/Google/WhatsApp Business, Online Business, Online sales, Sales & Marketing, Salesman.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Fashion/Lifestyle products.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Must have skills with Google Analytics, Social Media Ads, SEO, Facebook Business Manager.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle all customers & sales team.
∎ Must have skills with social media, digital platform and online analytical activity.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge on computer use/ office (word, excel, power point etc) suit is a must. And must be fast (Work speed on computer will be tested strictly)
