Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive development, quotation and order follow up processes as per the set goals to secure the best deal for products and on time delivery
∎ Strike the right balance between obtaining the best price for the company and customers while considering production lead-times, product quality, safety and sustainability
∎ Clear communication with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Review Cost packages & Purchase Orders thoroughly to ensure accuracy of all data
∎ Handle & Communicate customers’ requirements clearly and accurately to factories and ensure vendor’s understanding
∎ Check & arrange sample submission to customers for approval and update in our software-based system regularly
∎ To monitor & control the execution of the bulk order production are conform to the given T&A
∎ Visit Vendor’s Facility regularly for follow up meetings and to monitor Production status information against the actual production at site
∎ Should be capable of negotiating with vendors team and get things done. To identify & alert the potential problem in production that could cause the delay of the shipment
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
∎ Appropriately highlight product engineering risks to decision-makers with suggested alternatives
∎ Other duties assigned by supervisor.
