Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from any recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide ANC, PNC, Neonatal care, Child care, Adolescent care, Primary eye care, General patient care at UH&DC for 6(six) days in a week with ensuring client rights.
∎ Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses or injuries. Make sure the appropriate utilization of UHC&DC & Outreach Center.
∎ Order and carry out appropriate tests, Assess the quality of pathological investigation. Provide all kind of support to diagnostic center.
∎ Maintain regular coordination with the related Government, Local Govt., Professional bodies/ agencies, National & International organizations for smooth and effective implementation of the project activities.
∎ Supervise the technical team- paramedics, lab technician, ophthalmic assistant, health service assistant, cleaner.
∎ Support to increase LAPM of Family planning and EPI activity with proper counseling
∎ Ensure the quality of UHC&DC and Outreach center by regular monitoring & supervision after providing the patient services and also give feedback to related staff to minimize the problem.
∎ Prepare roster plan for all technical staffs, Issuing leave of them & ensure acting arrangement in case of leave of any technical staffs.
∎ Support to all technical training, arrange regular refresher training for technical staffs
∎ Deeply monitor the infection prevention system (IP, Autoclave, Waste management)
∎ Forward the approval of needed technical items, surgical instrument, drugs and lab reagent, X-ray, ECG & USG film, papers or gel.
∎ Maintain OPD register and regularly follow up all other register for proper record keeping, MPR, Stock management, Drug and reagent management with Bin card.
∎ Make referrals where appropriate, especially high risk pregnant, cataract & RTA cases. Monitor the referral process and visit referral center for achievements with regards to strengthening linkage.
∎ Documentation of all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to BRAC policies and procedures.
∎ Represent BRAC and programmes in different networks and alliances as appropriate. Also attend head office / regional meetings and participants in the discussions, give technical clarifications on agenda items related to programme.
∎ Attend personal capacity building events that can be in the form of training, cross visits. Organize and attend different meeting, seminars, and workshops.
∎ Analysis all performance reports of UHC&DC and review the progress reports & provides feedback to the team members as appropriate.
∎ Perform any other tasks, responsibilities and assignments as and when necessary or determined by higher authority / supervisor.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Three (3) years' experience in the Health Care/Project/Programme.
∎ Valid BMDC registration.
∎ Sound knowledge on Maternal, Neonatal & Child Health Care.
∎ Friendly and compassionate disposition, access to information, SDGs.
∎ Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills.
