Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Zong Sine Textile Ind. Ltd. is seeking some skilled and experienced "Mechanical Engineer" to join our team and oversee the mechanical systems and operations of our factory. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the plant's mechanical systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of machinery used in Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address potential issues.Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and execute necessary repairs.Installation and Commissioning:Oversee the installation of new machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Collaborate with suppliers and contractors during equipment commissioning to ensure proper functionality.Troubleshooting:Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems in a timely manner to minimize production disruptions.Implement corrective actions to address recurring issues and improve overall equipment reliability.Process Optimization:Work closely with production teams to optimize mechanical processes for efficiency and quality.Identify opportunities for improvements and implement changes to enhance overall productivity.Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment comply with safety regulations and industry standards.Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures as needed.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.Generate reports on equipment reliability, maintenance costs, and improvement initiatives.
