  • Experience working closely with product development or design teams is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills dealing directly with UK/EU/USA buyers.
  • Ability to understand technical product details, Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview:

We are expanding our Dhaka Office and are seeking an experienced sales manager to grow our business and expand into the knit and woven categories. As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new customers, building and nurturing long-lasting relationships and driving growth into new categories. This is a senior position and candidates should have a proven track record of onboarding new customers and creating & closing sales opportunities with major retailers and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

New Business Development:

  • Identify, target, and onboard new customers in the fashion and apparel industry.

Category Expansion:

  • Collaborate with partner factories to introduce new product areas and grow business in new categories (e.g., activewear, outerwear, accessories).

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Product Development:

  • Develop products from customer brief and oversee sourcing & sampling with factories.

Order Management:

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle from design to delivery, ensuring customer deadlines & quality are achieved.

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics. The Person
