Responsibilities & Context:

Employer Branding:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the organization as an employer of choice.

  • Create engaging content (posts, videos, testimonials) to showcase company culture and values.

Talent Attraction Campaigns:

  • Design and run recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job portals, and career websites.

  • Target suitable audiences using SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads.

Collaboration with HR:

  • Work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to understand hiring needs.

  • Develop customized marketing plans for specific roles or departments.

  • Update and maintain the careers section of the company website.

  • Design banners, brochures, and presentations for HR events.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and recruitment channels.

  • Provide reports and insights to optimize talent outreach strategies.

Social Media Management:

  •  Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to attract candidates.

  • Engage with followers and respond to job-related queries. 

Candidate Relationship Management: 

  • Support in building and maintaining a talent pipeline database.

  • Engage with passive candidates through nurturing campaigns.

Team Leadership & Supervision:

  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 

  • Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure productivity within the team.  

Operational Efficiency: 

  • Streamline administrative processes to improve organizational efficiency.  

  • Ensure that all departments have the necessary administrative support to meet their goals. 

  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office maintenance. 

Budget & Financial Oversight: 

  • Manage administrative budgets, track expenditures, and control costs. 

  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness. 

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, as well as legal regulations.

  • Create or update administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. 

Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 

  • Organize meetings, manage schedules, and handle executive correspondence. 

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to long-term planning and strategic initiatives, especially regarding office and administrative operations. 

  • Identify and address potential operational challenges, suggesting improvements when necessary.

Technology & Systems Management: 

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of office technology and systems. 

  • Work with IT departments to ensure that administrative tools are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
