Visa Processing:

• Guide clients through the Hajj and Umrah visa application procedures.

• Collect and verify all necessary documents (passport, photos, vaccination records, etc.).

• Submit applications to the appropriate embassy or consulate.

• Track and manage the status of visa applications.

  Client Consultation & Support:       

• Provide information on Hajj and Umrah packages, travel requirements, and timelines.

• Assist clients in choosing suitable travel and accommodation options based on their needs and budgets.

• Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

  Coordination with Travel Agencies & Authorities:

• Liaise with Saudi authorities, agents, and consulates regarding visa approvals.

• Coordinate with airlines and travel agencies for flight bookings and ticketing.

• Ensure compliance with the latest Saudi Hajj & Umrah visa regulations.

  Documentation & Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and updated client files and visa application records.

• Ensure proper documentation for each stage of the application and travel process.

  Pre-Departure Orientation:

• Provide pilgrims with essential travel, religious, and safety information.

• Help clients understand the rituals, logistics, and health protocols related to Hajj/Umrah.

  Problem Solving:        

• Resolve visa-related issues or delays efficiently.

• Offer alternative solutions in case of rejections or travel disruptions.  

  Sales & Marketing Support:

• Promote Hajj & Umrah travel packages.

• Support sales activities and assist in achieving enrollment or booking targets.
