Responsibilities & Context:
Visa Processing:
Guide clients through the Hajj and Umrah visa application procedures.
Collect and verify all necessary documents (passport, photos, vaccination records, etc.).
Submit applications to the appropriate embassy or consulate.
Track and manage the status of visa applications.
Client Consultation & Support:
Provide information on Hajj and Umrah packages, travel requirements, and timelines.
Assist clients in choosing suitable travel and accommodation options based on their needs and budgets.
Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Coordination with Travel Agencies & Authorities:
Liaise with Saudi authorities, agents, and consulates regarding visa approvals.
Coordinate with airlines and travel agencies for flight bookings and ticketing.
Ensure compliance with the latest Saudi Hajj & Umrah visa regulations.
Documentation & Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and updated client files and visa application records.
Ensure proper documentation for each stage of the application and travel process.
Pre-Departure Orientation:
Provide pilgrims with essential travel, religious, and safety information.
Help clients understand the rituals, logistics, and health protocols related to Hajj/Umrah.
Problem Solving:
Resolve visa-related issues or delays efficiently.
Offer alternative solutions in case of rejections or travel disruptions.
Sales & Marketing Support:
Promote Hajj & Umrah travel packages.
Support sales activities and assist in achieving enrollment or booking targets.
