Strong communication and presentation skills for training sessions.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and support staff/students with technical needs.
Familiarity with online training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, LMS).Patience and teaching ability for diverse groups of learners.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage data entry, documentation, and file management.
- Operate office software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) for daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain system backups and monitor printer/scanner operations.
- Train students on SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
- Teach the use of tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
- Guide on building online presence and running effective digital campaigns.
- Teach fundamentals of computer operation, MS Office, typing, and internet use.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and conduct practical sessions.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
- Identify and solve software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Provide on-site and remote support for technical problems.
