Educational Requirements:
∎ At least HSC pass or equivalent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To excel in this role, you will be responsible for:
∎ Ensure timely and accurate submission of visa copies for selected candidates, adhering to regulatory standards and embassy requirements.
∎ Facilitate the procurement and submission of passports, verifying their validity and compliance with deployment protocols.
∎ Coordinate the acquisition of pre-departure certificates, a crucial component of international deployment procedures.
∎ Manage the drafting of necessary financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates.
∎ Collect and submit candidates' National ID cards and passport-sized photographs, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
∎ Act as the primary liaison between the recruiting agency and the Bureau of Manpower, Employment, and Training (BMET) in Bangladesh, fostering professional relationships.
∎ Stay updated on government policies, regulations, and procedural changes related to manpower deployment, ensuring full compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ To excel in this role, you will need:
∎ Previous experience working with Manpower recruiting agencies is highly valued.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly MS Excel.
∎ Highly proactive, self-motivated, committed, and energetic in approaching tasks and responsibilities.
∎ Demonstrates a high level of honesty and integrity in all professional dealings.
∎ Capable of working diligently under pressure, meeting deadlines, and ensuring accuracy in manpower tasks.
∎ Exhibits a strong work ethic, demonstrating determination and dedication to achieving organizational goals.
∎ At least 3 years of experience as a tour guide
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills
∎ Must have police clearance and passport
Salary:
