∎ The incumbent for this position requires to have Bachelor’s Degree in any subject (Apparel Manufacturing is preferred). Certification in quality control will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overall product’s quality (including raw materials), manufactured externally and internally for customers.
∎ Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effectual quality control processes.
∎ Establish quality standards, developing testing protocols, and creating quality control plans.
∎ Devising specifications for products/processes.
∎ Set material requirements for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
∎ Ensure that the manufacturing processes comply with both local and global production standards.
∎ Collaborating with quality concerns for the implementation of systems, procedures, and standards of operation.
∎ Conduct Quality audits to ensure that the quality policies are being adhered to.
∎ Inspect products, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with other departments to resolve quality issues.
∎ Train Quality team for building a strong work unit through identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing new technologies and on best practices.
∎ Establish procedures for sampling, recording and reporting data.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
