Education:
∎ MBA in HRM from any public/private university.
∎ PGDHRM will be added advantage.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience and at least 05 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the ceramics industry.
∎ Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
∎ Proficient in the use of manufacturing management software and MS Office.
∎ Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Factory In-charges/Deputy In-charges in all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, maintenance, engineering, and quality assurance, to streamline operations and resolve issues under the supervision of the Factory In charge/Dy. Factory In-charge.
∎ Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity.
∎ Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
∎ Prepare and manage the operational budget, controlling expenses while maximizing output.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in ceramics tile manufacturing to drive innovation and competitiveness.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
∎ Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Lead and develop factory personnel to promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
∎ Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
∎ Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery to minimize downtime.
∎ Implement quality control measures to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
∎ Liaise with R&D and marketing teams to align production with market trends and product development.
