∎ Job Context : Will work as Manager / AGM (Admin, HR & Compliance) of Textile Industry.
∎ Factory Office- Kalampur, Dhamrai.

∎ Employment: Appointment, Leave Administration, Attendance, Service Book, Disciplinary Actions, Personal Record etc.
∎ HRD and OD: On the Job Training, Off the Job Training, Development and Implementation of Company Policies.
∎ Industrial Relations: Management-Employee Relations, WPC, Liaison with Govt. Labor Deptt, Registers as per Laws.
∎ Occupational Health & Industrial Safety: Protect from Safety Hazards, Safety Committee, Fire Prevention/Detection/Protection, Fire Committee, Handling of Accident Matters, Medical Services, Medical Center Operation, First Aid Appliances, Health Awareness & Epidemic Prevention.
∎ Welfare Services: Canteen/Mess Management, House Keeping & Cleanliness, Sanitation, Utility Services, Gardening, Trade Union/WPC, Social Events.
∎ Salary Administration: Salary/Wages Structure, Job Evaluation, Job Description, & Job Specification, Performance Evaluation, Wage/Salary Schedule Preparation.
