Experience:

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical, EEE, Chemical, Environment/ Diploma in Engineering Mechanical, Electrical from any recognized university/Institute.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Experience:

• Applicant should have Bachelor in Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical, EEE, Chemical, Environment with 5 to 8 year(s) proven experience in the related field.

• Applicant should have Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical with 8 to 12 year(s) proven experience in the related field.

• The applicants should have proven experience in the following business area(s): Textiles Industry, Heavy Industry, Group of Companies.

Additional Requirements:

• Working experience with RSC/Nirapon or any 3rd party audit firm will be given priority

• Essential skills for verbal and written English and strong attention to detail.

• Must have good command on Auto CAD, MS Office, MS Excel & internet browsing.

• The candidate must be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure 24/7 uninterrupted operation of all utility systems (Generator, Substation, Boiler, Compressor, Chiller, WTP, ETP, DWTP, Dehumidifier, Cooling Towers, etc.).

• Supervise utility load management (peak load, demand factor, load shedding management).

• Develop Preventive Maintenance (PM), schedules.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of breakdowns.

• Reduce compressed air leakage and maintain system pressure at optimum levels.

• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements (Boiler Act, DOE, Electrical Safety Rules, Fire Safety Code).

• Maintain licenses and statutory compliance (Boiler license, Generator, ETP, DOE/Environmental authority approvals, stack emission tests, etc.

• Ensure compliance with RSC/Accord/ Nirapan 2.0, RSC, 90 Days Report for safety issue. /ZDHC guidelines.

• Manage ETP operation to ensure effluent discharge meets DOE/ZDHC limits.

• Monitor stack emissions, water quality, noise levels.

• Lead projects for carbon footprint reduction and sustainability goals.

• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, operators, and technicians.
