Experience:
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Conducts needs assessments and surveys across departments to identify specific employee skill gaps and future learning requirements.
Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and increase productivity
Identify training needs within the organization and design training modules accordingly
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust accordingly
Partner with department heads to determine individual employee training needs
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to management
Maintain records of training and development activities
Collaborate with other HR professionals and trainers to share best practices
Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and new training methods
Provide mentoring and coaching to employees to support their professional growth
Develops and manages the annual training budget, ensuring all programs are delivered in a cost-effective manner.
