∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Maritime Science
∎ 3 Years sailing Experience/ COC-3
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the lighter ship's maintenance.
∎ Overseeing the operation of lighter vessel.
∎ Ensuring all the certificates are up to date.
∎ Oversight the survey & inspection.
∎ Up to date knowledge of maintenance & Operation.
∎ Preparing routing docking Specification.
∎ Sourcing & possibly ordering spare parts and making sure they are arrived on time.
∎ Planning of maintenance activities and liaise with all operational staff and sub-Contractors with regards to planning and implementation of all required tasks.
∎ Supervising work that need to carry out.
∎ Preparing proper documentation and way of reporting.
∎ Preparing information for management.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8 to 12 Years of relevant professional experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Maintenance of vessels.
∎ Responsible for maintaining on going Lighter vessel operation & oversee onboard vessel cargo discharging operations.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour;
∎ Ability to take decision based on fact and situation.
