Experience:

• At least 5 years

Diploma/B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any reputed institute.

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 40 years

• Proven working experience in production management specifically in the Galvanizing Steel Plant;

• Should have good communication skill;

• Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and beyond normal office hour.

• To supervise shift-wise production of the factory as per the production plan, and prepare daily/monthly production report.

• Take steps to solve the production problems and improve the performance.

• Check consumption of Raw Materials, ensure consumables for operations and keep communication with Supply Chain Department about raw materials.

• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.

• Understanding of quality standards and enforce & develop health & safety and environmental systems.

• Reviewing and planning preventive maintenance schedule based on breakdown trends, productivity improvement, safety requirements.

• Keep liaison with Sales Department for production programming.

• Any other job assigned by the management.
