Proven working experience in production management specifically in the Galvanizing Steel Plant;
Should have good communication skill;
Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and beyond normal office hour.
Responsibilities & Context:
To supervise shift-wise production of the factory as per the production plan, and prepare daily/monthly production report.
Take steps to solve the production problems and improve the performance.
Check consumption of Raw Materials, ensure consumables for operations and keep communication with Supply Chain Department about raw materials.
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
Understanding of quality standards and enforce & develop health & safety and environmental systems.
Reviewing and planning preventive maintenance schedule based on breakdown trends, productivity improvement, safety requirements.
Keep liaison with Sales Department for production programming.
Any other job assigned by the management.
